Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 12 D

Pay Rate : $1874.30 - $2065.55

must have preop and pacu phase 1 and phase 2

Number of ORs : 4 OR’S and 1 Endoscopy Suite

Staff will rotate through PreOp and PACU (Phase 1 & Phase 2) areas

Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes

Case Types : GYN

General

Robotics : Bariatric, Prostate, Hernia, Gallbladder, Hysterectomy

Urology

Ortho

Ortho / Spine

Podiatry

Plastics

Cataracts

ENT

ENDO : Colon, EGD, ERCP, Bronchoscopy

Pre-op : 1 : 3 or 1 : 4, depending on acuity

Phase 1 : 1 : 2

Phase I2 : 1 : 4

RN : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Will be discussed during interview with manager

EMR : Epic

IV pumps : Alaris

Medication dispensing : Omnicell

Patient Ratio :

Will float throughout the unit – Preop, PACU - Phase 1 and Phase 2

Orientation :

How many days are given? 3 orientation days

Scheduling : Weekend rotation :

On call requirement : Friday night and weekend call; approximately every 8-10 weekends

Holiday Expectations? Discussed during interview

RTO : Manager approval

Shift times : vary based on need

Schedule cycle : every 8 weeks
