Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector Global C2 Solutions Business Unit (BU) is looking for a Business Operations Lead to support business areas (BA) within the Strategic and Mobile C2 Operating Unit, to be filled in Bellevue, NE. The primary objective of the position is to support the BAs in the successful execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance in the delivery of products and services to the customer. The BA Operations Lead reports to the BU Chief of Staff within the Business Operations and Strategic Growth organization, and will also serve as the Operations Lead for the BA Manager / Director; primary responsibilities include the management and oversight to the following critical functions :

• BA Operations management, program execution and external coordination
• Organization and manpower staffing management and reporting
• Support to program planning, start-up, and assessments
• Leading BA special projects and initiatives
• Preparing and / or presenting executive level briefings
• Promoting operational efficiency and best practices to elevate BA / OU performance

Primary Level Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $130,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $108,400.00 - $162,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
