General Summary :   The APP, under the supervision of the Physicians is responsible for :

• APP would see patients in the clinic, including new patients, routine follow-up.
• Performs patient histories and physical exams in the office and hospital setting.
• Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, such as labs and imaging.
• Monitoring the patient’s course of treatment and making appropriate referrals to other specialists, as needed
• Collaborating with physician supervisor to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff.
• Always displaying a caring and professional attitude
• Documenting in a timely and thorough manner.
• Commitment to providing high quality care and delivering excellent patient experience
