Job descriptionLead programs across multiple engineering teams within Data Governance and Compliance. Run agile ceremonies and maintain delivery metrics for visibility and quality. Translate business value into executable plans and manage cross-workstream dependencies. Communicate timelines, scope, and risks to stakeholders and dependent teams. Oversee small projects, project plans, and schedules. Drive issue and risk management and hold teams accountable. Provide roadmap and status updates across the organization. 5+ years in technical program management in data governance, data platforms, data engineering, or data analytics. Proven Scrum Master experience supporting cross-functional agile teams. Strong understanding of SDLC and multiple development methodologies. Skilled with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, G-Suite, and MS Office. Experience supporting large-scale organizational change. Ability to work across time zones and adapt to off-hours meetings.
City : Glendale, CA / Santa Monica, CA / Seattle, WA
Onsite / Hybrid / Remote : Onsite (4 days a week)

Rate Range
Up to$89 / hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization
GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
