The Three Core Attributes We’re Hiring For
- Lead Generation & Analytical Reporting – You live in Meta / Google dashboards, speak GA4 fluently, and can prove ROI down to the keyword.
- Scalable Systems & Integration – You wire up GA4, GTM, CAPI, Follow Up Boss, email, and Microsoft Clarity so every click and cost travel together—automated, de-duplicated, and visible.
- Marketing Team Leadership – You lead a four-person creative squad, keep quality high, and drive revenue-oriented priorities without killing the brand vibe or yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize all paid media : Meta Ads, Google Search / Display / YouTube, retargeting, geo-targeted luxury campaignsBuild airtight attribution : GA4, GTM, Meta Conversions API, UTMs, and offline uploads from Follow Up BossPlan and execute segmentation-driven email & CRM automation for a 240 k lead listLead, coach, and QA a team of four (graphic design, social, marketing coordinator, junior designer)Oversee photo / video talent : sourcing, pricing models, quality control, and “media packages” that can become profit centers for the brokerage or agentsProtect and elevate brand integrity across multiple business linesReport weekly on KPIs (impressions, CTR, watch-time, cost / lead, closed-deal ROI) directly to the exec teamSuccess Metrics (First 12 Months)
Deliver qualified leads daily at ≤ $30 CPLAchieve ≥ 2.5 % CTR on recruiting adsEnsure 90 % of leads carry full source & keyword data into CRMBoost email open rates to 35 %+ and SQL (sales-qualified lead) rates to 4 %+Cut creative re-work toLaunch live dashboards within 30 days and reach positive ad-spend ROI by month 6Required Qualifications
7+ years running multi-channel digital marketing with $1 M+ annual ad budgets3+ years in real estate, financial services, or other regulated verticalsProven track record generating 1,000+ qualified leads per month and tying spend to revenueCertifications : Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Blueprint (or equivalent)Hands-on SQL-lite, pivot-table, and dashboard chopsManagement experience : hiring, coaching, performance reviews for creative & technical staffPortfolio that shows revenue impact, not just impressionsMust be willing to relocate to Virginia Beach, VirginiaPreferred Extras
