Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,514 per week in Washington, DC

Respiratory Therapist Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty : RRT Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 4x12-Hour; Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : - Minimum 2 years of experience in Trauma, ER, and Adult ICU required. - Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, Evita XL, and Viasys. License : - DC RRT State License required. Certifications : - BLS required. - CRT or RRT required. - ACLS preferred. Must-Have : - Trauma, Emergency Department, and Adult Critical Care experience. - Ability to interpret arterial blood gases. - Experience with high flow therapy, BiPAP, aerosol treatments, and chest physical therapy. Description : The position requires a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory services. Responsibilities include ventilator management and patient care coordination. The therapist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Weekend and holiday availability is required as part of the job. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in troubleshooting high pressure alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation. All candidates must comply with the facility's vaccination policy.
