Supply Chain Operations Specialist
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Pay : $24–$29 / hour DOE
Join a growing global manufacturer in Pulaski, NY, known for its industry-leading heat-transfer systems. The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will support purchasing, logistics, and supplier quality operations to keep global production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate global shipments and deliveries
- Maintain Excel-based tracking for containers, ETAs, and materials
- Process recurring purchase orders and verify accuracy
- Track supplier quality issues and follow up for resolution
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Supply Chain & Quality
- Communicate updates between suppliers and internal teams
