Senior Living Lead Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring for a Senior Living Lead Therapist to join our team in Senior Living.

Pay Range : $47 - $51 / hour + opportunity for additional pay codes.

The Senior Living Lead Therapist is responsible for :

• Day-to-day clinical care of patients on HH and Outpatient

Services.

compliance matters in their facility / facilities.

Responsibilities

Cardiac, Wound, etc.).

cryotherapy, etc.

accessibility; ensures patient awareness of needed equipment, and makes plans to secure it; designs a home

exercise program to address all pre-existing problems; makes all appropriate referrals at D / C.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapy Assistant, Speech Therapist, and Licensed Practical Nurse in at least one state that the

therapist is responsible for overseeing.
