Endpoint Engineer – Lead

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration patching and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.

• Manage SCCM / Intune image deployment and patch compliance.
• Develop GPOs endpoint baselines and configuration scripts.
• Ensure integration with DOTs ITSM toolset (ServiceNow / Remedy).
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents.
