Salud Para La Gente (Salud) is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (ACMO) to join our leadership and clinical team in beautiful Watsonville, California .

Salud is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective primary care to underserved communities throughout the Monterey Bay area including Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties.

Founded in 1978 as a small storefront clinic, Salud has grown into a robust healthcare network with 11 clinic sites and more than 400 employees , serving patients of all ages. We offer a collaborative, mission-driven culture that values excellence, compassion, and community.

Position Highlights

• Flexible 4-day workweek (full-time or part-time options)
• All outpatient practice - no hospital call
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine panel , including dedicated pediatrics time (if desired)
• Average 20 patients per day
• True primary care medical home model with integrated services :
• Dental, Optometry, Behavioral Health, and robust Community Health Services
• Healthy Steps site with parent educators and lactation support
• On-site diabetic nurse educator and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program
• Supportive, multidisciplinary team of clinicians passionate about community health

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range : $270,400 - $304,337.58 per year
