Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the scenic western suburbs of Philadelphia. This opportunity provides an ideal environment for physicians who value compassionate care and comprehensive support services. The position requires 2+ years of primary care experience and is set to start in February 2025.

Key Highlights of the Position

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm (some occasional extended hours); no weekends required
• Call Rotation : Shared call rotation, enhancing work-life balance
• Patient Focus : Outpatient only, with no hospital rounds or nursing home visits; care provided for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Daily Patient Volume : 15-20 patients per day, allowing for quality-focused care
• Additional Support : Access to Accountable Care Organization (ACO) wraparound services, in-network specialist referrals, and full medical / administrative support including an on-site laboratory
