ACT Team Mental Health Professional Generalist

Education and Experience Required :

• A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
• If AP, one (1) year of professional MH work experience. If QP, two (2) years of professional MH work experience.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team consists of a community-based group of medical, behavioral health and rehabilitation professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of an individual with severe and persistent mental illness. ACTT is a team dedicated to reducing and eliminating the symptoms of severe mental illness and to enhance the individual's quality of life. The purpose of the AP / QP Generalist is to serve as a therapeutic resource to consumers as a member of an established Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)
