Legal Secretary x 2 San Diego & Century City
Location : San Diego (Carmel Valley) & Century City, CA
Compensation : Up to $140,000 (San Diego) | Up to $105,000 (Century City)
Schedule : Hybrid 4 days onsite per week
Hours : 7-hour workday (plus 1-hour lunch), minimal overtime
About the Opportunity
A top-ranked global law firm is seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to join its growing Southern California offices. This is an exciting chance to work with a prestigious team in a collaborative environment that values excellence and professional growth.
What Youll Do :
San Diego Office (Litigation + occasional transactional) :
- Format and prepare legal documents (pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests) for electronic filing in state and federal courts.
- Manage time entry for attorneys.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Screen and route calls, conference calls, and messages for attorneys and clients.
Century City Office (Litigation + transactional) :
Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence, memoranda, and standard legal documents.Assist with client onboarding, including conflicts checks and billing setup.Handle time entry, travel coordination, and expense reporting.Provide administrative support for attorneys and clients.What Were Looking For
