The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's strategy and vision, driving growth, and building conviction in the market. Key responsibilities include setting the go-to-market strategy, managing the operational budget, creating and executing a fundraising strategy, and leading a high-performing team. The role demands a leader with a strong background in early-stage digital health SaaS products, experience in ambient technology or patient engagement, and a proven track record in tackling challenging problems. Applicants for the CEO and Co-Founder position at the company should possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on the operational challenges faced by hospitals. An authentic desire to transform these challenges through technology-enabled innovation is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, product management, and experience in venture-backed companies, with a preference for those with founder experience.
