Brand Ambassador Lead

Position Type : This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for overtime. In addition to the hourly pay, you will also be eligible for bonuses / commissions based on performance. Come join a great team with a fun culture as we work toether to improve the communities we live in!

Job Summary :

The Brand Ambassador Lead is responsible for providing additional training and support to the Brand Ambassador team, and to aid in the smooth and effective ramp up of new brand ambassadors in the Spring into Summer

• Team Leadership :

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team to foster a cohesive and high-performing group.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new Brand Ambassadors, providing them with comprehensive training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.

Education & Experience :

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This is a supervisory role that may include overseeing and managing a team or department.

Work Environment :

Indoor & Outdoor Environment : This position requires working both indoors and outdoors at retail and other designated locations (farmer's markets, town events). Weather conditions will vary based on the season.
