About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in financial management to lead its financial planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, cost analysis, and capital-raising activities. The CFO will be responsible for maintaining accurate P&L reporting and analysis, particularly in a design and manufacturing environment, and must be adept at speaking to prospective investors. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive the company's financial planning, perform risk management, and make informed decisions on investment strategies. The successful candidate will also be tasked with supervising all finance personnel, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, with 7-10 years' of experience, and possess excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and scale the finance function within the organization. A CPA is a strong advantage, and a BSc / BA in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with an MSc / MBA being a plus. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, the Board, and the Executive Team, and must be prepared to take on the challenge of a rapidly growing company.
