Reporting to the Senior Solutions Manager will be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual, primarily responsible for leading a Sales Engineering team in Singapore to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. Take the lead technical role in your region supporting sales activities, actively engaging with key customers and opportunities. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between field sales and other organizations within Splunk.
Role :
- Lead and encourage a team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers in Singapore to ensure sales and customer success;
- Partner with Sales Leadership to support use case-led, pre-sales activities across all Splunk solutions;
- Conduct pipeline recruiting efforts to hire top sales engineering talent within your region;
- Mentor and coach new hires during onboarding and subsequent phases to ensure proper skill development;
- Ensure your team is enabled to support all Splunk products and solutions along with soft skills;
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic and technical account plans;
- Develop close working relationships with Professional Services and Education to align pre- and post-sales activities;
- Support Professional Services by identifying opportunities, providing resources, and following up on engagements;
- Deliver annual performance reviews and assist SEs with individual development plans;
- Manage performance and key talent to retain top performers and address performance issues;
- Conduct regular 1 : 1 meetings for feedback and skills development;
- Work cross-functionally with support, product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and resolve customer issues;
- Deliver detailed presentations and technical briefings, and assist with evaluations and POCs.
Requirements :
At least 10+ years of proven experience in technically selling and supporting software products to IT organizations;At least 2+ years experience leading Enterprise Solutions Teams;Experience with security and observability products and services;Domain expertise in Security Operations, application development, and Observability;Ability to work with diverse groups, challenge, and lead towards peak performance;Strong growth mindset and change agility;Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.Education :
