Project Manager – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects. Join a growing contractor known for delivering high-quality structures with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Manage PEMB projects from award through closeout

Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement

Review plans, erection drawings, and manufacturer specifications

Coordinate with clients, engineers, erectors, and suppliers (Butler, VP, Star, etc.)

Lead project meetings, documentation, and change orders

Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to schedule

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience managing PEMB or steel building projects

Strong understanding of PEMB systems, sequencing, and site coordination

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office; Bluebeam or construction software a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits :

$100,000 – $120,000+ DOE
