Overview :

Responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure — including hardware, software, protocols, and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
• Administer servers (virtual, email, file, print), desktops / laptops, and printers, providing support to end users.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Office 365 / Azure device management, including SharePoint.
• Maintain detailed network asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide user training and Tier-1 help desk support; escalate issues when necessary.
