Dollamur is looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer to lead improvements in product quality, production efficiency, and process reliability. This is not a “reporting” role—it's an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, find solutions, and make an impact on how we build the best mats in the industry.

In this role, you'll :

Identify and fix root causes of production quality issues.

Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to streamline processes.

Maintain and improve existing quality systems and documentation.

Lead the quality side of our new factory floor technology system.

Analyze data to drive measurable improvement in defect reduction and efficiency.

Have a background in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process design.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality improvement roles.

Experience with root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement tools.
