Enrollment Services Student Ambassador Student Worker (Federal Work Study ONLY)

The Position

Hey there, future Ambassadors! Enrollment Services is looking for enthusiastic students to join us in providing support to our campus community. If you're ready to make a difference and gain valuable experience while getting paid, this is the perfect position for you.

What You Will Do

• Help manage lines and assist current + future students in the HUB lobby
• Provide backup for our HUB Technicians
• Guide new students through applying, registering, and using Ocean Connect
• Lead campus tours and show off our amazing resources!
• Assist with events, trainings, and help keep things running smoothly in the office
• Provide top-notch customer service in person, over the phone, and through our chatbot, Reggie!

The Successful Candidate Must Have

Not required but bilingual students are encouraged to apply!
