• This position is located at our Delafield Clinic.

Provides direct patient care in Occupational Therapy and performs other related duties to assure smooth, coordinated running of the department within the pediatric Inpatient, Outpatient, Clinics, and Schools. Identifies, diagnoses, and treats patients with a wide variety of disabilities. Participates in program planning, development and implementation. Participates in Quality Improvement. Counsels and instructs students / patients / families and other professionals involved with the patient's rehabilitative needs, monitors patient progress, ensures that recommendations are followed. Maintains clinical records according to established procedures.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

We are seeking someone who can work two ten hour days on Wednesdays and Fridays.

This role is located at our Delafield Clinic which is at 3195 Hillside Drive Delafield, WI 53018.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association / American Red Cross / National Safety Council, License OT-Occupational Therapist (26) - State of Wisconsin, NBCOT-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
