Job descriptionSet up and prepare laboratory spaces for training sessions and experiments. Maintain, clean, and calibrate lab equipment and instruments. Support general lab operations, including inventory management and supply ordering. Assist with sample handling and preparation following standard lab protocols. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and instructors to ensure efficient lab readiness. Associate degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Laboratory Science, or Surgical Technology). Knowledge of surgical techniques and standard lab processes. Experience with laboratory equipment setup and maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
