The MO HealthNet Division has an opening for a System Maintenance Analyst (Benefit Program Senior Specialist) located in Cole County.

Semi-monthly salary : The current rate for this position is $2,020.69 . Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).

Job Location : This position is located at the Howerton State Office Building ; 615 Howerton Court, Jefferson City, MO. All internal promotional applicants are encouraged to apply as there may be alternate office space available.

This is a responsible and independent position that will be responsible for researching system issues needed for ongoing maintenance and operations of the Medicaid Management Information Services (MMIS) system related functions.

Responsibilities - What you'll do

• Serve as a System Maintenance Analyst

Initiate research, coordinate, monitor and track system issues related to ongoing maintenance and operations of MMIS related functions through problem ticket submission processes with the system vendors. Work with vendors and state agency staff to ensure issues are resolved and system changes are fully tested and implemented correctly in the system.

Qualifications - All you need for success

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Preferred Qualifications :

Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
