Project Manager (Facilities) Secret Clearance Required

The NVE DISA BOS Project Manager (PM) shall be physically on-site a minimum of 8 hours per day within normal Government business hours which are 0700 - 1700 and be fully responsible for the overall performance of the contract. The NVE PM is the authorized representative for the contractual technical and administrative performance of all services for the DISA BOS Contract. The NVE PM is responsible for making contractual decisions and obligating the NVE DISA BOS team within 60 minutes of a request by the Government. The NVE PM is the primary point through which communications work assignments and technical direction flow between the Government and NVE. The COR or designated representative(s) shall be the NVE PMs first POC in the Government. Additional requirements are as follows :

• The PM shall plan direct and control the overall management and operational functions specified within the contract. The PM shall provide the necessary level of contract management and administrative oversight to achieve the quantitative and qualitative requirements of this contract. The PM shall ensure contract requirements are executed at a level equal to or higher than stated standards and shall strive for complete customer satisfaction with all customers. The PM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government. The PM shall possess highly developed interpersonal analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice taskings under high pressure situations.
• The PM shall be available within one (1) hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the COR or designated representative(s). After normal business hours the PM shall be available within one hour after notification to meet on-site with the COR or designated representative(s).
• The PM shall possess as a minimum :
• Industry recognized certification in Program and / or Project Management or Facility Management
• Bachelors Degree in Facility Management Construction Management Business Administration Engineering (Mechanical Civil Electrical Structural) or other related field
• Ten years experience managing all aspects of building operations; Five years of which must have been with a contract of similar size and scope
• Demonstrated experience with :

Managing LEED certified facilities
