Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position :

Location : Saginaw, MI and Bay City, MI

Specialty : Occupational Medicine

Schedule : 8 hours per week - 1 or 2 days; Flexible on 8 hours / day or 4 hours / 2 days; 6am-10am at Saginaw; 10am-3pm at Bay City; Flexible of any day of the week or 2 days of the week

Patient Volume : 5-7 ppd

Cases / procedures : Occ med, surv exams, physicals, RTW exams, injuries

Requirements :

1 year minimum NP experience required. Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine experience preferred

BLS
