Position Overview : We’re seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). This role is hands-on — from concepting and shooting to editing and delivering scroll-stopping videos that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented visual storyteller who understands what works on social platforms, stays ahead of trends, and can adapt content to different formats and audiences. Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos tailored for social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube Shorts etc.) Create engaging, on-brand product demos, lifestyle videos, street-style content, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content. Must also have photography skills / capabilities. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to execute content strategies and campaigns. Capture high-quality footage (studio and lifestyle) using a variety of formats — with DSLR / mirrorless cameras. Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging video styles to keep content fresh and relevant. Organize and manage video assets for easy access and long-term use. Maintain brand consistency across all content while experimenting with creative concepts to drive engagement. Any VFX / Graphic design is highly sought after. Qualifications : 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in social media or CPG / health & wellness. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software (motion graphics skills in After Effects a plus). Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging, polished content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. Experience in lighting, audio recording, and composition for both studio and lifestyle shoots. Creative mindset with a deep understanding of social-first storytelling and content trends. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced photography skills are a plus. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness preferred.
