    • Job Overview

    We are seeking experienced ICU RN Travelers for immediate-start 13-week contracts at Abrazo West Campus in the Goodyear, AZ area. Level I Trauma ICU managing vents, dysrhythmia interpretation, titration of vasoactive drips, TBI, SAH, ARF, sepsis, trauma, CABG, STEMI, respiratory failure, CHF, COPD, bedside bolts, ventrics, occasional bedside trachs / PEGs, bronchoscopy, Impella, IABP, CRRT, and Rotoprone therapy. Minimum 1 year ICU experience required.

    Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, assess, and provide nursing care according to hospital mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality care with professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, and good public / customer relations.
  • Complete applicable hospital and department-specific RN competencies within 3 months of hire / transfer.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Provide patient and family education to support optimal outcomes.

    • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Active Arizona or Compact RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience.
  • Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH Stroke Scale Certification.

    • Schedule

  • 36 guaranteed hours per week, 3x12-hour night shifts.
  • Weekend requirement : Yes.
  • Float requirement : As needed within skillset.
  • Contract length : 13 weeks.
  • Cancellation policy : Up to 3 shift call-offs per contract.
