Job Requirements
Education Requirements : Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential from an accredited program
Certifications Requirements : Current California state licensure as a COTA, BLS certification, CPR certification
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient rehabilitation experience
Other Requirements : Ability to work daytime shifts from 5 AM to 8 AM, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, physical ability to assist patients, strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to outpatient rehabilitation patients, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with facility standards.
Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, safety procedures, and post-treatment care instructions.
Execute specific therapeutic interventions during scheduled shifts from 5 AM to 8 AM, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
