What You’ll Do :

  • Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
  • Build strong relationships through client consultations
  • Manage listings, conduct open houses, and guide transactions
  • Keep CRM and notes up to date for lead tracking and communication
  • Work closely with the team to improve and scale your production

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • A licensed real estate agent (AZ license required)
  • Someone who is coachable, motivated, and ready to grow
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Comfortable with technology and daily use of CRM tools
  • Goal-oriented and organized with good follow-through

    Pay :

    52,000 - $195,000+ per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability
