Merchandising Operations Lead

What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale highly complex strategic corporate and seasonal initiatives. Influence stakeholders and gain alignment on needed deliverables. Lead change initiatives from concept to implementation by managing technology solutions prioritizing change to meet business plans. Develop best practices and strategies by leading a strategy team partnering with cross functional teams and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Experience managing large-scale projects. A proven track record of strong leadership. Strong communication skills- both written and verbal. Ability to influence stakeholders- both internal and external.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications : Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects, Project Management, Supervising Associates Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
