Description :

Hybrid at HQ (2-3x / week)

Develops program governance processes

• Works with leaders to implement into operations via training and consultation
• Manages succession planning
• Develops and manages documentation templates / toolkits
• Monthly data reporting
• Empowers ERG leadership teams to set and reach their respective ERG goals
• Coordinates vendor management and ERG budget breakdowns
• Manages deliverable tracking support for all ERG activities, as it connects to broader DIB Team
• Manages new ERG member additions to channels
• Supports tool access for ERG leaders / collaborators (e.g. Sharepoint).
