What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations
• Deliver advanced amplification services : hearing aid assessments, real-ear measurements, live speech mapping
• Collaborate with ENT physicians to create personalized hearing care plans
• Educate and guide patients through hearing aid options and solutions
• Dispense, fit, and manage hearing aids with follow-up care and troubleshooting
• Handle repairs, exchanges, and returns with professionalism
