We are seeking a Day Shift RN Manager to oversee a clinical team providing exceptional resident care.
- Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, annual salary of $66,500 - $80,000, paid time off from day 1, health / vision / dental / HSA plans, 401(k) with employer contribution, no scheduled weekends, and clinical call support.
- Responsibilities encompass supervising and training staff, managing resident care plans, ensuring quality care, assessing residents, assisting with hiring, and adhering to policies.
