Overview

Seeking a hands on Accolade Consultant to support innovation NPD portfolio governance roadmapping and pipeline execution with deep experience configuring StageGate processes, portfolio analytics and integrations to enterprise systems ERP, CRM, PLM, EDW. The role will also partner with data engineering and analytics teams on Accolade sourced data used for Honeywell dashboards and NPI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design StageGate workflows, role-based governance, scoring, valuation models and portfolio scenarios; standardize artifact templates and approvals.
  • Develop portfolio views for pipeline health, risk, ROI, time-to-market and resource capacity; enable decision forums with what-if scenarios and strategic alignment.
  • Define and implement integrations between Accolade and SFDC, SAP, PLM (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill), ERP / EDW, Snowflake, and work management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with data teams on Accolade PFAT / NPI data ingestion and model alignment for NPI revenue backlog, past-due and pipeline sufficiency reports.
  • Partner with BI teams to evolve the InnovateAccolade DRD Cockpit Power BI, ensuring consistency with Honeywell governance models.
  • Author SOPs / Runbooks and conduct training and rollout for R&D / Product / Finance stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years in Innovation / NPD / Portfolio roles; 3 years configuring Accolade or equivalent.
  • Strong practical experience with StageGate, portfolio scoring, scenario analysis and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated integrations with SFDC, SAP, PLM; analytics stacks (Snowflake, Power BI); able to specify data contracts and governance.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and aerospace NPI cycles and KPI frameworks.
  • Must Have

    Accolade PPM Skills, VB / Javascript Skills

    Nice To Have

  • Prior work on Accolade PFAT / NPI integrations and Honeywell reporting constructs (e.g., AERO NPI, revenue backlog, PD).
  • Experience with US programs subject to ITAR; US citizens / GC holders preferred where required by client.
