Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the current school year on a contract basis. This role supports students from PreK through 4th grade and requires a Connecticut Special Education license. The position begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive classroom settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting instructional strategies accordingly
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth
• Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and related service providers
