About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Charlotte metro area . This leader will be responsible for driving performance, supporting store managers, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations across 5–8 restaurant locations
- Lead, coach, and support General Managers and their teams
- Ensure all stores meet brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor sales, labor, and cost control metrics
- Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health / safety regulations
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
