Position : Nurse Manager, RN

Salary Range : $90,000 to $100,000 Annually

Job Type : Full-time

As a Nurse Manager , you will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within a substance abuse treatment facility at Woodridge Interventions. This is a great opportunity for someone with good leadership skills, sound critical thinking, and the ability to mentor & inspire others in healthcare.

Nurse Manager

Summary

This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction for operational planning, allocation of resources (staff, supplies, equipment and space), the development of service delivery standards, and the integration of quality improvement initiatives and risk management for health and behavioral health services throughout the region. This position plays an active role in professional education, developing and implementing strategies to address utilization, and providing leadership and support.
