Construction General Laborers

United Trades of America is seeking experienced Construction General Laborers to join our team for commercial and industrial projects in Nashville, Tennessee . The ideal candidate will have prior experience on commercial or industrial job sites and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the construction, assembly, and installation of various building components.
• Perform basic construction tasks such as site clean-up, material handling, and supporting skilled trades.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed for the job.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Requirements
• Experience
• : Must have previous experience working on commercial and / or industrial job sites.
• Screening
• : Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Transportation
• : Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
• Physical Stamina
• : Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
