Job description

ApplyU.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally AcceptedAuditing Standards (GAAS), or Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)Auditing Standards. Conduct external audits, including Securitiesand Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Research technical accountingissues. Understand and address SEC financial reporting issues.Review audit work papers. Test the design and effectiveness of internalfinancial controls for assigned clients. Assist with account functions, includingbilling, fee analysis, and new service development. Identifyperformance improvement opportunities for assigned clients. Demonstratein-depth accounting knowledge. Pursue business development opportunities.Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.WORKSCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9 : 00a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS :

Musthave a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalentin Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a relatedfield, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Ofthe required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following : U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Standardsfor Financial Reporting (IFRS);U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) or International Standards onAuditing (ISA); Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) AuditingStandards; SEC financial reportingissues, including SEC filings for public engagements; and Testing internalaccounting procedures and communicating findings to clients.

Musthave an active Indiana CPA license.

Travelto various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.
