Lead Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements for operational dashboards.

Understand and translate data from ServiceNow (ITSM / Incident / Problem modules) SolarWinds (Network Monitoring) and Tanium (Endpoint Monitoring) into meaningful dashboard KPIs and visualizations.

Define use cases workflows and data mapping between tools to ensure accurate and real-time dashboard reporting.

Work with development teams to design and validate dashboard prototypes using data from multiple monitoring and ITSM systems.

Partner with Operations and SRE teams to identify incident trends root causes and improvement opportunities.

Create requirement documents (BRDs FRDs and user stories) and ensure traceability across the product lifecycle.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered dashboards meet business objectives.

Analyze and report on service performance metrics SLA adherence and operational resilience indicators.

Continuously identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance visibility into operational health and stability
