Job Description : Events Marketing Associate
Location : Bay Area, CA (hybrid)
Compensation : $75K–$90K base + ~15% bonus
About the Role
A fast-scaling SaaS company is hiring two Events Marketing Associates to help deliver pipeline-driving, brand-building events. You’ll be the operational engine behind everything from major trade shows to intimate customer summits — working cross-functionally to ensure each event runs smoothly, looks great, and delivers impact.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves logistics, thrives under pressure, and has an eye for attendee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan & Execute : Own the logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground execution of in-person and virtual events (booths, registrations, goodies, vendors, etc.).
- Collaborate : Work closely with the marketing, sales, design, and ops teams to align on event goals, content, and timelines.
- Drive Engagement : Ensure attendee communications, welcome experiences, and follow-up processes are on point.
- Track & Report : Help categorize and segment leads; support reporting on attendance, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.
- Support Budgeting : Coordinate with vendors and teams to propose budgets and manage cost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in event coordination or field marketingExperience planning and running events — ideally in SaaS or IT (e.g. MSPs, cybersecurity, enterprise tools)Strong project management skills : timelines, stakeholder wrangling, follow-throughClear communicator and proactive team playerComfortable with travel across the US; occasional international (case by case)Bonus : experience in webinar platforms, Salesforce / HubSpot, or trade show tools
