Shift Differential : $5.10 total ($1.60 evening + $3.50 additional differential)

Sign-On Bonus : $7,500 over 12 months (12-month commitment)

Current LPN license in New York State .

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.
