Your Role as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

As a  DO at Evolutionary Healthcare , you will play a crucial role in  improving patient outcomes  and delivering high-quality care in skilled nursing facilities. Your responsibilities include :

• PERFORM OMT
• Performing  medical evaluations, joint injections, and hands-on patient care .
• Educating patients and families on  holistic wellness strategies and preventative care .
• Collaborating with an  interdisciplinary care team  to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintaining  detailed and accurate patient records  in  EHR systems  (Epic experience is a plus).
• Diagnosing and treating  musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using  Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) .

Qualifications We’re Looking For :

To be successful in this role, candidates should have :

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree  from an accredited program.

Board Certification or Board Eligibility (BC / BE)  in Osteopathic Medicine.

Experience in  patient-centered care, OMT, and pain management .

Familiarity with  electronic health records (EHRs)  (Epic experience preferred).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification .

Strong  communication and organizational skills .

A  passion for providing exceptional holistic patient care .
