Frontier Veterinary Care is seeking a Lead Veterinary Technician with strong surgical skills and a passion for teamwork to join our growing hospital!
In this role, you'll take the lead in supporting our doctors and assistants in the surgery and treatment areas while helping to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll also assist with training and mentoring team members and have the opportunity to gain experience in assistant manager responsibilities, such as inventory management and hospital operations.

This is a flexible, full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Thursday. Fridays will be required in the future.
Full-time benefits and compensation
Compensation : $21-27 per hour, for each hour worked
Bonus package : $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
CE allowance : Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

Minimum qualifications and skill set :
3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Proficiency in the following skills :
Surgery prep and Anesthesia Monitoring
