First Connect Health is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Elmhurst, New York.

Ultrasound Technologist – RDMS Registered (Nights)

📍 Elmhurst, NY

Schedule

  • Shift : 12 : 00 a.m. – 8 : 00 a.m. (Nights)
  • Days per Week : 5 (35 hrs / week)
  • Weekends & Holidays : Required (alternating)
  • Interviews : Onsite only (no virtual options)

    • Responsibilities

  • Perform general ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound imaging equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Verify patient identification and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other clinicians to evaluate imaging results.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC system.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.

    • Requirements

    Experience :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Registered Ultrasound Technologist in an acute care setting .

    • Education :

  • Completion of an accredited training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (or equivalent Military training).

    • Certifications :

  • RDMS certification by ARDMS – Required
  • BLS certification – Preferred
