About the Role :

Join our dynamic team at YES Contractors as an Outside Sales Representative, where your passion for sales meets the opportunity to make a difference. In this role, you will drive new business and build lasting relationships with clients in Wall, NJ, and beyond.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the pool construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive landscape.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pool construction or home improvement sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
