Job descriptionDiagnose Leaks andrepairif able Perform contractrepairs according to scope Be knowledgeable of Florida Building Codes and perform all work according to the FBC Perform punch list typerepairs as needed Receive assignments, start and finish assignments, and provide a job report in our CRM portal. Communicate and be reliable day to day Work during normal business hours Call customers ahead of arrival and keep customer informed of any delays or changes to their schedule Travel out of area only as needed (this can be limited to your preference) Collect payments as needed and turn into the office Customer service - must be able to professionally interact with customers Should have primary tools, company can provide some tools as needed during employment Can use own truck with adjust compensation for use or use company truck

Roofing company in search of reliable RoofRepair Technician, but additional trade skills are a bonus.
- Do not apply if you do not have roofing experience.
Responsibilities :
Must have a Valid Drivers Licenseto use company truck
Hourly Position Starting pay $20 per hour Experience required
Earn up to 5 days PTO per year after probationary period.
Some paid holidays.
30 day review to provide feedback, create goals, and consider any appropriate adjustment (or future adjustment) for compensation
Annual reviews performed
