ICU Nurse Manager - Active RN, PALS, ANCC, BLS

Job Summary :

• Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
• Ensure practice standards are met and maintained in clinical units.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of patient / family / member concerns about care and services.
• Facilitate collaboration with physicians, outside healthcare providers, and team members to deliver optimal, safe care across the continuum.
• Proactively monitor resource needs in several clinical areas to ensure appropriate staffing and utilization.
• Manage use, maintenance, and availability of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and employees.
• Provide clinical supervision, maintain licensing and competencies required for directing care.
• Delegate tasks and duties within scope of practice.
• Perform clinical duties as needed.
