Job description

A company is looking for a News Editor (Central Region).

Key Responsibilities

Provide editorial planning and execution for daily coverage and special projects
Manage a team of reporters and freelancers, focusing on their organization and growth
Assign articles and edit online content, newsletters, and morning briefs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in an editorial role, including team management

Experience in business-to-business reporting; commercial real estate reporting is a plus

Strong management style that is clear, friendly, and goals-based

Proven experience in editing and recruiting high-caliber writers

Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO knowledge
